Job Description

Job Title: Head of Information Technology


Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Information Technology to join their team. This is a new role within the organisation with the opportunity to progress to a Chief Technology Officer position.


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the IT function and will have a say in the company's rapid growth. The organisation is expanding its IT capabilities and this role will be perfect for someone wanting to be a key player in the decision-making process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT function and develop a strategic plan to drive business growth
  • Oversee the development and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive business decisions
  • Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the company's goals and objectives
