Job Description

Head of IT and Software Development

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of IT and Software Development to lead their IT function and drive the company's growth. This is a new role within the organisation with opportunities for career progression.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the company's IT strategy, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's IT strategy, aligning with business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support
  • Ensure the effective operation of the company's technology infrastructure, including systems development and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a strong background in software development and systems development
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems development, and software development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
