Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT and Development to join our team at Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our IT function and driving our technology strategy.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of leading IT teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT function: You will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is aligned with our business goals.
  • Develop and implement technology strategy: You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement a technology strategy that supports our business objectives.
  • Oversee software development: You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions that meet our business needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders: You will work closely with our stakeholders to understand their technology needs and ensure that our IT solutions meet those needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in software development: You will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of leading IT teams.
  • Leadership experience: You will have experience leading IT teams and have a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong communication skills: You will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business acumen: You will have a strong understanding of business operations and be able to develop and implement technology solutions that meet our business needs.
