About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa Ashby Court Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents, supporting their independence and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting their dignity and respect.
  • Support residents with a wide range of needs, from companionship to personal care, and provide emotional support and reassurance as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
