We invite applications for the role of Senior Administrative Coordinator for Planning & Support to become a vital part of our Student & Academic Services Team within the School of Literatures, Languages & Cultures.

Position Overview:

Join our proactive administrative team as a Senior Administrative Coordinator for Planning & Support. In this essential role, you will facilitate the effective execution of our diverse educational offerings by assisting in planning and managing projects across various disciplines. Collaborating closely with fellow Senior Administrators, you will ensure a consistent and high-quality service is provided to both students and staff. This role involves strategic planning for curriculum delivery up to two years ahead, necessitating exceptional communication, data analysis, critical thinking, and time management skills. Become a part of our team and significantly enhance the experience of our students.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • At least two years of administrative experience, preferably within a higher education setting (Desirable).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and coordinate activities and events.
  • Competent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability and a positive approach to work.
