Job Title

Worksite Technician

Job Summary:

The Worksite Technician is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of Celsius Energy installations. This involves identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, executing services, supervising vendors, and managing risk during service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-job visits to ensure safe and efficient job execution.
  • Mobilize necessary equipment to the job site.
  • Execute service delivery, supervising vendors and witnessing delivery tests.
  • Ensure good reception of product and services, communicating with Supply Chain in case of vendor non-conformities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely job results.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance.
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings and promote improvements on performance.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Maintain required safety training.
  • Raise operational, quality, and safety concerns to pertinent functions.
  • Participate in incident reporting, investigation, and recovery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in the energy sector, drilling, or construction industry.
  • Technical College degree or certification as a mechanic technician.
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency with MicroSoft Office products and Microsoft Teams.
