Job Summary:

The Geothermal Installation Specialist/Drilling Technician is a key member of the Celsius Energy team, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers during the execution of the Celsius Energy installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company and regulatory standards, and by identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Supervise vendors' work execution, witness delivery tests, and support the engineering and project team on various daily activities.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs to enhance service delivery and quality.
  • Conduct professional relationships with clients and vendors, representing the Celsius Energy brand at the worksite.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing self-assessments and wellsite inspections.
  • Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and vendors, promoting improvements on performance using action plans.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives, and promote the HSE culture at the worksite.
  • Raise operational, quality, and safety concerns to the pertinent functions.
  • Perform borehole DnI surveys and/or pressure testing, with training provided.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in the energy sector, drilling, or construction industry.
  • Proficiency with MicroSoft Office products and Microsoft Teams.
