The Mission:

The Worksite Technician/Drilling Technician is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers during the execution of the Celsius Energy installation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. During the pre-job visit to the worksite, ensures the work can be performed safely and within the Celsius Energy work practices.

2. Ensures all equipment needed for safe and efficient job execution is mobilized to the job site.

3. Responsible for service delivery execution. At the worksite, supervises vendors' work execution, witnesses delivery tests, supports the engineering and project team on various daily activities.

4. At the work site, ensures the good reception of product and services, communicates with Supply Chain in case of vendor non-conformities.

5. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

6. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

7. Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. Conducts with a professional attitude his/her relationship with clients and vendors, represents the Celsius Energy brand at the worksite.

8. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

9. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and vendors, promote improvements on performance using action plans.

10. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

11. Wear PPE and observe HSE policies, promotes the HSE culture at the worksite.

12. Maintain the required safety training.

13. Raises operational, quality, and safety concerns to the pertinent functions.

14. Participate on incident reporting, investigation, and recovery.

15. Will be required to perform borehole DnI surveys and/or pressure testing (training will be given).

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum 3-5 years' work experience in the energy sector, drilling, or construction industry.

2. Technical College degree, (technician) or certification as a mechanic technician are a plus.

3. Good communication skills (both written and spoken)

4. Proficiency with MicroSoft Office products and Microsoft Teams.
