Job Title: Clinical Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Clinical Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our pharmacy team to deliver a comprehensive pharmacy service that meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pharmacy strategies to improve patient care and outcomes
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver high-quality pharmacy services
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of medicines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and patients
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the pharmacy team and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and apply this knowledge to improve services

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with no restrictions or conditions
  • Experience working as a pharmacist in a clinical setting
  • Leadership or managerial experience in a pharmacy setting
  • Knowledge and awareness of oncology pharmacy
  • Ability to share evidence-based practices to enhance service standards
