Dash Water is a leading brand in the healthy soft drinks market, and we're looking for a talented Content Creative Strategist to help us take our digital content to the next level.

As a Content Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that aligns with our brand's mission and values. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create engaging and innovative video content that resonates with our audience.

We're looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, a strategic mind, and excellent communication skills. If you're a creative problem-solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's mission and values
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and innovative video content
  • Collaborate with our Content Manager to understand performance and use data-driven insights to refine and improve future content
  • Manage and develop our Social Media Content Creator to produce original, engaging content across key platforms
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a copy-led strategic creative role, with a focus on digital marketing for paid and organic channels
  • Proven copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and content creators to deliver high-quality creative work
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, with aspirations to lead a content team
