About the Role

We're seeking a creative and strategic thinker to develop and implement our content strategy across all digital channels. As a Content Creative Strategist, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and innovative video content, leading our new content team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and elevate content ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand's mission and values.
  • Create engaging and innovative video content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Lead our new content team and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality content is delivered.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and elevate content ideas.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to refine and improve future content.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a copy-led strategic creative role, with a focus on digital marketing for paid and organic channels.
  • Proven copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience collaborating with agencies, freelancers, and content creators to deliver high-quality creative work.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience, with aspirations to lead a content team.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas to stakeholders and advocating for your creative vision.
