About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Physical Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our physical health services, working closely with our nursing and medical teams to ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in physical health, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve physical health outcomes, working closely with our nursing and medical teams.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
  • Collaborate with our Quality and Safety Directorate to ensure that all aspects of physical health care are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with our service users, carers, and partners to ensure that our services are patient-centered and responsive to their needs.
