Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily lives of vulnerable children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional and practical support to young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Support children in all day-to-day activities and interests, including weekends away and holidays.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to care plans and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to minimize incidents and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience working with children or in a similar social care setting.
  • Valid UK driving license and current Enhanced DBS on the update service.
  • Right to work in the UK and a caring, empathetic nature.
