Job Description

The Consultancy Group (London) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Transformation Lead to spearhead the implementation of SAP S/4Hana across their global supply chain. This role will initially focus on mapping out and designing the logistics of implementation in Europe, with plans to expand globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan the current state of existing supply chain ERP systems.
  • Develop a data migration strategy for SAP S/4Hana.
  • Design the technical architecture for SAP S/4Hana.
  • Plan and execute a phased implementation.
  • Implement a robust change management strategy to ensure smooth adoption.
Requirements
  • Experience in supply chain management and advising on transformation projects.
  • Experience with implementing SAP S/4Hana or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management and system architecture design.

This is an opportunity to lead a large-scale, high-value transformation project for a household brand. The objectives for this project are to achieve significant cost savings (target of €100 million) and operational efficiencies.
