About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our Oral-B Oral Care Field Team in Greater Manchester. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving the usage and recommendation of Oral-B products among dental professionals in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow the business in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including product demonstrations, samples, and educational lunch meetings.
  • Attend dental congresses, trade fairs, and scientific exchanges to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with the regional team to contribute to the wider regional results.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to grow and develop themselves.

Requirements

  • Passion for customer service and selling, with a strong relationship-building and service-minded attitude.
  • Positive attitude and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and plan to achieve targets in a fast-changing environment.
  • Desire to learn and develop to become a subject matter expert, including reapplying feedback.
  • Able to work as part of a team and share and reapply to grow the business and others.
  • Digital literacy is required, and knowledge of Salesforce, Pitcher, Microsoft Office, and Power BI is desirable.
  • Presentation skills are essential, as presenting educational content to a large audience is an integral part of the role.
  • Valid Driving License for the UK.
