Alumni Relations Officer

Location: Remote with occasional UK travel

Salary: £32,000-£33,000 pro rata per annum

Job Type: Part-Time (Three days per week), Permanent, operating agile working (60% in office, 40% remotely)

The Role:

We are seeking an Alumni Relations Officer to join our team at HR Inspire, a company dedicated to supporting the social and economic development of society and the nation through educational philanthropy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, engaging with, and supporting our alumni community, working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen alumni ties and foster a vibrant and engaged alumni network.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing alumni engagement strategies
  • Managing our clients mentoring programme
  • Supporting alumni events and activities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve development goals

This is a highly collaborative role, with opportunities to assist in other development-related duties and initiatives.

The Alumni Relations Officer will report to the Head of Development and will be an integral part of our Development team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in alumni relations or a related field
