PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their well-established partner Firm in Southern Glasgow.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new build mortgage broking and be looking for a lucrative opportunity with potential for profit share.

The role involves working a hybrid schedule, with a mix of weekdays and weekends, to cover the developer's sites across Scotland.

In return, we offer a competitive base salary of £35,000 - £45,000 DOE, plus an OTE of £80,000+, and a market-leading communications package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients in the new build sector
  • Work closely with the developer to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with opportunities for profit share
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the PRIMIS Mortgage Network team
