Job Summary

Countrywide Mortgage Services is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their team in Glasgow. As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with Estate Agency teams, attracting new customers, and providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support.
  • Attract new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment.
  • Provide advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs, including mortgage services.
  • Participate in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships.

Requirements

  • Hold CeMap or industry equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
