Job Title: End Point Assessor– Hospitality (Front of House)
About the Role:
KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified End Point Assessor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete a range of End Point Assessment activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices completing Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 3.
- Schedule and conduct End Point Assessments, marking and grading as required.
- Maintain a working knowledge of End Point Assessment, vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Participate in standardisation and training activities.
- Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must hold solid, occupational competency at supervisory level or above (Front of House) – ideally within a hotel setting (e.g. Front Office / Housekeeping / Events).
- Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must be IT literate – training will be provided on company systems.
- Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
