Front of House Assessor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced End Point Assessor to join our team, responsible for assessing Hospitality Apprenticeship Standards up to Level 3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct End Point Assessments, scheduling and marking, grading, and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
- Complete all necessary administration, ensuring timely processing and supply of data.
- Maintain a working knowledge of End Point Assessment, vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards, and evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
- Participate in standardisation and training activities.
- Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers, or Delivery Teams, responding to queries in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Solid, occupational competency at supervisory level or above (Front of House) - ideally within a hotel setting (e.g. Front Office / Housekeeping / Events).
- Ideal candidates hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
- IT Literacy - training will be provided on company systems.
- Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Flexibility with travel.
