Actualmente estamos buscando un Líder de Sourcing Fulfilment para nuestra instalación. En este rol, gestionarás el proceso de adquisición para un conjunto específico de bienes. Aplicarás la política de aprovisionamiento y actuarás como enlace entre el proveedor y la entidad en relación con las especificaciones y presupuestos. Tendrás un entendimiento profundo de los impulsores clave del negocio; utilizarás este conocimiento para lograr tus objetivos. Comprenderás cómo el trabajo de tu equipo se integra con otros equipos y contribuye al área.

Descripción del Trabajo

Roles y Responsabilidades
  • Serás el punto focal para la cadena de valor de Aftermarket, proporcionando compromisos de entrega sobre los requisitos de producción y reparación. Trabajarás de manera transversal con otros líderes de cumplimiento y especialistas para escalar cualquier problema que pueda afectar las operaciones.
  • Identificarás proactivamente problemas de entrega de proveedores que podrían impactar los objetivos comerciales y colaborarás en toda la empresa para resolver o mitigar estos riesgos.
  • Gestionarás y resolverás estas escalaciones, proporcionando actualizaciones claras y oportunas sobre los problemas.
  • En conjunto con el equipo de aprovisionamiento, monitorearás el rendimiento de los proveedores según lo planeado y trabajarás con ellos para gestionar cualquier plan de recuperación o acción necesaria.
  • Asegurarás un enfoque estandarizado para la gestión de VCD/OTD con el equipo de aprovisionamiento de Aftermarket.
  • Apoyarás proactivamente la definición y ejecución de acuerdos comerciales con proveedores.
  • Serás responsable de la ventana de suministro inmediata para garantizar que las operaciones estén listas para reparar (CTR) y que se cumplan las fechas contractuales de los clientes (VCD).
  • Podrás escalar problemas al Líder de Sourcing de Aftermarket de manera concisa, con estado y planes de acción definidos.
  • Co-Propietario de las reuniones del centro de control diario (CCC, BUCC y PCC), donde se proporcionarán las últimas actualizaciones operativas.
  • Coordinarás con los Líderes de Sourcing Fulfilment para la Vista de Salud de Material de 13 semanas y las necesidades contractuales del cliente, siendo capaz de identificar escaseces y aquellas con el mayor impacto en el negocio.
  • Interactuarás con el Líder de Sourcing de Aftermarket para acordar proveedores a escalar y desarrollar un plan de recuperación.
  • Colaborarás con el Líder de Sourcing de Aftermarket para apoyar posibles transiciones de proveedores, salidas de proveedores o la entrada de nuevos proveedores para beneficios en entrega, calidad y costo.
  • Si el Líder de Sourcing de Aftermarket está fuera de la oficina, liderarás reuniones de equipo, presentaciones y serás el punto de escalación de Sourcing para la unidad de negocio.
  • Adoptarás e implementarás iniciativas de mejora continua.
  • Impulsarás discusiones y acciones sobre inventario para proteger las necesidades comerciales en costos.
  • Se requiere viajar periódicamente como parte de este rol.
Calificaciones/ Características Requeridas
  • Título universitario de una institución acreditada y/o experiencia relevante.
  • Capacidad para demostrar un alto rendimiento en un entorno de Sourcing/Fulfilment.
  • Experiencia adicional en Calidad y/o Operaciones.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Excelentes habilidades interpersonales, de liderazgo y negociación.
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de manera transversal, influir en otros y liderar pequeños equipos.
  • Habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad para mentorear, capacitar y desarrollar mejores procesos y personas.
  • Fuerte mentalidad orientada al cliente.
Características Deseadas
  • Conocimiento de Oracle ERP.
  • Capacidad analítica y organizativa comprobada.
  • Habilidades demostradas en Excel.
