About the Role

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Engineer to join our Digital Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Server and Citrix environment, ensuring a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Server and Citrix environment, including digital desktop provision
  • Provide desktop and laptop imaging services, including standard builds
  • Deliver, monitor, maintain, and support the Citrix environment that makes up the end-user desktop experience
  • Escalate 2nd and 3rd-level support for the Citrix environment
  • Participate in project work and BAU activities
  • Travel to and from profit centers and other locations as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience supporting Citrix and Windows Desktop environments
  • Citrix WEM and FSLogix experience
  • Remote access, VPNs, Windows Server (AD, GPO, PowerShell) skills
  • Windows servers, including Hyper-V and VMWare experience
  • Familiarity with Cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Imaging experience, including MDT and MCS
  • Windows driver management and printer management skills
  • ITIL knowledge, including change, problem, and incident management
