Fixed Income Performance Analyst

Mason Blake is seeking a skilled Fixed Income Performance Analyst to join their dynamic Performance team in the City of London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing regular performance analytics and ad-hoc queries for all asset classes, with a focus on Fixed Income and Private Markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver detailed performance reports and statistics for Fixed Income and Private Markets
  • Assist in the production of management reports and ad-hoc analysis for senior managers and head of performance
  • Verify manual calculations for esoteric funds and asset classes
  • Maintain the group's GIPS Policy & Procedures and GIPS Verification
  • Attend Performance Committees and assist with related projects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in asset management, with a strong focus on Fixed Income
  • Extensive knowledge of GIPS standards and performance systems, such as Factset and Statpro
  • Strong Excel skills and previous experience in a Performance Attribution or Performance Reporting role
