Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate partnerships between industry and university stakeholders to enhance the I-X community.
  • Deliver exceptional membership experiences to assigned accounts, ensuring member retention through effective project management.
  • Utilize your project management and relationship management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and coordinate high-level executive events.
  • Build strong rapport with both academic and corporate stakeholders, leveraging your communication skills to navigate complex scientific and educational environments.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as science, technology, medicine, or business.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture community environments and organize impactful events.
  • Exceptional listening skills, capable of extracting in-depth feedback and monitoring satisfaction levels among stakeholders.
