Your Role: As part of Imperial's Enterprise Division, you will play a crucial role in bridging industry and academia, engaging with leading researchers and prominent business figures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate partnerships between industry and university stakeholders to enhance the I-X community.
- Deliver exceptional membership experiences to assigned accounts, ensuring member retention through effective project management.
- Utilize your project management and relationship management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and coordinate high-level executive events.
- Build strong rapport with both academic and corporate stakeholders, leveraging your communication skills to navigate complex scientific and educational environments.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as science, technology, medicine, or business.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture community environments and organize impactful events.
- Exceptional listening skills, capable of extracting in-depth feedback and monitoring satisfaction levels among stakeholders.
