We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Family Adolescent Support Team (FAST) in Nuneaton Justice Centre. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality support to vulnerable teenagers and their families across Warwickshire.
Key Responsibilities- Work with families and young people to identify and address contextual risks and promote safety in the community.
- Collaborate with multi-agency professionals, including police, safer neighborhood teams, and education, to deliver effective support services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Families First for Children Pathfinder Programme in Warwickshire.
- Provide support and guidance to young people who are on the edge of care due to reasons such as extra-familial harm, substance misuse, and homelessness.
- A supportive management team that prioritizes wellbeing and workload.
- Full reimbursement of Social Work England annual fee.
- A Volunteering & Wellbeing Day, generous annual leave, and an additional day at Christmas.
