About the Role:

Vista Global, a leading global business aviation company, is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Health and Safety Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that Vista Global meets its statutory obligations in relation to health and safety legislation, including risk assessments, COSHH, and policy development.
  2. Health and Safety Advice: Provide expert guidance and advice on health and safety matters to management and staff, ensuring a safe working environment.
  3. Risk Management: Oversee risk assessment activities, including COSHH, and develop policies and procedures to support these areas.
  4. Training and Development: Develop and provide training and induction to staff and third parties working on site, ensuring they are equipped to work safely.
  5. Incident Investigation: Perform investigations and prepare reports relating to health and safety occurrences and near misses in the business.
  6. Support to the Wider Organization: Provide support on health and safety matters to the wider Vista Global organization, including travel to other sites in Europe, as required.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety or equivalent.
  2. Knowledge and Experience: Strong working knowledge of UK H&S Regulation, experience of using online integrated management tools, and experience in a highly regulated environment, such as aviation, nuclear, rail, or construction.
  3. Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office software, experience with Centrik software, and experience of working in Part 145.
  4. Industry Recognition: Membership of IOSH or equivalent industry body, and knowledge of H&S regulatory requirements in Germany, Malta, and France.
