Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to ensure that stores are commercially set up and all point-of-sale equipment is in the correct location.
  • Analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize store layouts.
  • Train and develop the in-store team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate effectively with the visual support manager and area sales manager to ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising plans.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor progress and provide feedback to the in-store team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising to ensure our stores remain competitive.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the retail industry.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
