Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange service department bookings and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Upsell works to be completed and special offers/service plans to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a similar dealership environment.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge/1 link/Pinnacle systems or similar DMS systems.
  • Previous experience in upselling and increasing revenue.
  • Full manual UK driving license.
