Position Overview:

As a Project Manufacturing Engineer at BMR Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all activities related to Project Manufacturing Engineering. This position is ideal for seasoned manufacturing engineers with a background in complex manufacturing environments and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all Project Manufacturing Engineers (PMEs).
  • Regularly update and enhance the PME tracker to ensure effective resource allocation and management.
  • Request and manage necessary resources for various projects.
  • Implement and uphold metrics to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and lead all project progress meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Systems Manager to support project goals.
  • A comprehensive role description will be provided upon request.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a complex manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in project and team management.
