Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are greeted and assisted in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and making recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, and providing customers with information about new and existing products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to stay up-to-date on new products and features.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
