Role Summary:
The Sales Operations Support team at Loftware plays a crucial role in providing administrative and operational assistance to both Direct and Channel Sales teams. Responsibilities may include managing proposals and legal documentation, conducting research on licensing within the install base, and performing various essential tasks to facilitate enterprise sales on a global scale.
Work Environment: Our ideal candidate will be located near one of our office locations. This position offers a hybrid work model, which may necessitate occasional in-office attendance based on team and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate documentation related to sales opportunities to support enterprise-level transactions.
- Assist in the creation of quote documents.
- Review and manage Statements of Work related to services.
- Generate pricing within internal systems to align with product offerings.
- Act as a liaison with the legal department concerning agreements.
- Oversee the RFP/RFQ process utilizing the Loopio project management tool.
- Handle inquiries from the sales queue and manage calls directed from Technical Support.
- Manage phone and inbound email communications.
- Support account research initiatives to identify license deployments and organizational usage.
- Facilitate quarterly sales meetings and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Book and manage event locations.
- Organize internal meals and concessions.
- Manage scheduling and meeting invitations, including attendee lists.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in the MS-Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or business team environment or equivalent.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and writing abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to conceptualize content requirements for agreements and contracts.
- Self-driven and capable of thriving in a remote work setting.
- Able to work independently while supporting ongoing team responsibilities.
- Competent in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Effective collaboration with virtual teams, including Marketing, Solution Engineers, Sales, and Services.
- Adaptable with a proven ability to adjust to changing priorities, demands, and timelines.
