We are excited to announce a newly established opportunity for the role of Maximo Application Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration of Maximo: Expertise in supporting the Maximo Asset Management system.
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of Maximo applications.
  • Management of data feeds and automation scripts.
  • Integration of Maximo with other systems.
  • Enhancing user experience.
  • Conducting testing for Maximo applications.
  • Generating reports.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems (Client and Server).
  • Knowledge of application licensing services.
  • Understanding of IT change management processes and principles.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with individuals up to Senior Leadership level and external vendors.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels, taking the time to understand customers and earn their trust.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure with competing demands.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven documentation skills.
  • Self-sufficient and proactive attitude.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and a commitment to staying updated.
  • Experience in an ITIL environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Automation and scripting skills in C# and Python.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Quick learner with a focus on delivery.
