Construction Site Manager

As a Site Manager at VGC, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of all site personnel to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Operations: Supervise direct labour and coordinate activities of trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient operations in accordance with the construction programme and quality and cost standards.
- Site Setup and Welfare: Establish and maintain site setup and welfare facilities.
- Performance Management: Provide feedback on objectives and training and development needs, as requested.
- Supplier Performance: Review and action supplier performance in relation to objectives.
- Communication: Communicate on sub-contractor performance to all relevant parties.
- Delegation: Deputise for contract/project manager at project/progress meetings.
- Site Support: Offer assistance in project review of other sites.
- Qualifications: Must have SMSTS and CSCS card as a minimum, Confined space trained, and a minimum HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent.
Requirements: Appropriate CSCS card.
