Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and motivate our team in delivering new and developing projects at our Tunstead Quarry site in Derbyshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from conception to handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and on budget.
  • Lead and motivate a team of project managers to achieve project objectives and deliver maximum value to the business.
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide engineering advice and support to the site to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the 2015 CDM Regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with experience of managing multi-million pound projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Full UK manual car driving license with no more than 6 points.
