As a Traffic Management Supervisor, you will be instrumental in facilitating our workforce's activities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assigning tasks to enhance productivity
  • Overseeing, planning, and coordinating work schedules
  • Communicating with clients and local authorities
  • Managing and controlling order numbers for external traffic management services
  • Ensuring all requirements are comprehended and striving for optimal value
  • Guaranteeing adherence to internal operational protocols and external legal standards
  • Mentoring and supporting team members
  • Managing timesheet administration for direct and subcontracted labor
  • Creating customized traffic management signage
  • Leading and addressing health and safety matters
  • Developing new systems to adapt to evolving business needs

Possess a valid UK driver's license and have experience in traffic management.
Holding a NRSWA accreditation is advantageous, and Lantra tickets are essential.
We seek individuals who are dedicated, prioritize safety, and work well in a team.
Additionally, we value innovative problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and good computer proficiency.
