As a Traffic Management Supervisor, you will be instrumental in empowering our workforce to effectively execute their tasks.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assigning tasks to enhance efficiency
- Overseeing, organizing, and coordinating work schedules
- Communicating with clients and local authorities
- Managing and tracking order numbers for external traffic management resources
- Ensuring all project requirements are clear and striving for optimal value
- Upholding compliance with internal procedures and external regulations
- Guiding, mentoring, and supporting team members
- Handling timesheet administration for both direct and subcontracted labor
- Creating customized traffic management signage
- Leading and addressing health and safety matters
- Innovating new systems to adapt to evolving business needs
We Are Looking For Candidates Who:
Possess a valid UK driver's license and have prior experience in traffic management.
Having a NRSWA accreditation is a plus, and Lantra certifications are required.
We value individuals who are diligent, prioritize safety, and work well in a team environment.
We also seek candidates who can demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, excellent organizational abilities, and proficient computer skills.
