About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Omniplex Learning. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the monthly management accounts process, managing the month end timetable, providing robust reconciliations and insightful reporting
  • Manage the year-end process from ensuring our financial statements are prepared in accordance with FRS 102 to providing data and explanations to auditors
  • Manage corporate tax compliance processes and reporting, working closely with our tax advisors
  • Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models, leading the annual budget process
  • Proactively manage cash flow and working capital
  • Implement and maintain effective internal financial controls
  • Drive process improvement initiatives within the finance function
  • Manage and develop the transactional finance team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for growth
