Head of Commercial Finance and Business Partnering

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Head of Commercial Finance and Business Partnering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic financial plans, overseeing all aspects of budgeting and financial forecasting, and working closely with other department heads to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Provide financial advice and guidance to the leadership team.
- Manage the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage the finance team to achieve the organisation's financial objectives.
The successful Head of Finance/Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A full Accountancy Qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA/CIPFA).
- Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
- Experience working with non-finance stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
