Position Overview:
Property Management Lead - Rayner Personnel
Become a key player in a leading independent property agency.
As a Property Management Lead, you will oversee the property management division, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to regulations, and outstanding service to property owners and tenants.
Team Leadership:
Inspire and guide the property management team, offering training and support to achieve high performance.
Develop and sustain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and the local community.
Property Oversight:
Supervise the marketing and management of properties, ensuring optimal visibility and effectiveness.
Coordinate and conduct property viewings, delivering exceptional service to potential tenants.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all properties and management practices align with current industry regulations and standards.
Compile and present regular reports on management performance and market insights to company leadership.
Networking:
Participate in relevant networking events to promote the agency and cultivate industry connections.
Maintain high customer service standards throughout the property management process.
System Management:
Effectively utilize and manage the agency's property management software and databases.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency's property management portfolio.
Training & Development:
Provide continuous training and development for the property management team to enhance their skills and expertise.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management.
