Position: Lead Installation Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of subsea structures, mooring systems, riser systems, flexible flowlines, and umbilicals.
  • Develop the project scope and provide support to the offshore team during operations.
  • Facilitate communication between the Client, suppliers, offshore personnel, and the design team.

Specific Duties Include:
  • Delivering an installation work package for Tenders, FEED, or Projects.
  • Acting as the technical point of contact for specific installation topics, engaging with both external (clients, suppliers) and internal (other disciplines, installation, manufacturing, procurement) stakeholders.
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation and studies pertinent to tenders, FEEDs, and Projects.
  • Managing engineering tasks related to the preparation and installation of products.
  • Supporting vessel mobilization and installation phases to ensure effective project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with Project standards regarding Quality, Cost, and Time.
  • Possibly serving as the Technical Owner for a subject/product, making decisions regarding subcontractors and overseeing their work.

Qualifications:
  • Master of Engineering degree with relevant experience in the energy sector.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Offshore/Subsea installation.
  • Experience in Subsea Structures Installation and Flexible Flowlines.
  • Desirable experience in Mooring Installation, shore-pull, and other related fields.
  • Experience in deep and ultra-deep water construction.
  • Familiarity with Tenders and Projects, including procedures, task plans, and rigging design.
  • A high level of operational offshore experience.
  • Ability to deliver work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English.
