Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global EV Battery Service Engineer to join our team at Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our overseas service stations, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of after-sales product debugging, maintenance, and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign system tasks to overseas service stations and monitor their progress to ensure compliance with company processes.
  • Provide technical guidance to service stations to improve their technical capabilities and ensure they are equipped to handle complex product issues.
  • Coordinate human, technical, and other resources to implement batch rectification tasks issued by the company, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Supervise and guide the service station's reporting work to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their reports.
  • Collect and arrange customer files on the product market side, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Handle emergency events on the product market side, collecting competitive product information and providing timely support to customers.
Requirements
  • Full-time undergraduate degree or above in a chemical, environmental, or energy-related engineering field.
  • Familiarity with after-sales service standards, safety operation specifications, recycling-related standards and regulations in the new energy vehicle and energy storage industry.
  • Fluent English communication ability, with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience in customer business negotiation, contract writing ability, or market research, with a strong understanding of the EV battery market.
