**Job Responsibilities**

  1. **Task Assignment and Management**: Assign system tasks to overseas service stations, monitor and manage the service stations to complete after-sales product debugging, maintenance, and other tasks according to the process;
  2. **Technical Guidance**: Provide technical guidance to service stations to improve their technical capabilities by mastering product theory and practical skills;
  3. **Resource Coordination**: Coordinate human, technical, and other resources to implement batch rectification tasks issued by the company;
  4. **Reporting Supervision**: Supervise and guide the service station's reporting work to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of its reporting;
  5. **Customer File Management**: Collect and arrange customer files on the product market side;
  6. **Emergency Event Handling**: Handle emergency events on the product market side and collect competitive product information.

**Job Requirements**

  1. **Education**: Full-time undergraduate degree or above in chemical, environmental, or energy-related engineering majors;
  2. **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with after-sales service standards, safety operation specifications, recycling-related standards and regulations in the new energy vehicle and energy storage industry;
  3. **Communication Skills**: Fluent English communication ability;
  4. **Business Experience**: Experience in customer business negotiation, contract writing ability, or market research;
