Job Overview

  1. Assign and manage system tasks to overseas service stations, ensuring timely completion of after-sales product debugging, maintenance, and other tasks according to established processes.
  2. Provide technical guidance to service stations to enhance their technical capabilities, leveraging product theory and practical skills.
  3. Coordinate human, technical, and other resources to implement batch rectification tasks issued by the company, ensuring seamless execution.
  4. Supervise and guide service station reporting work to guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
  5. Collect and arrange customer files on the product market side, maintaining organized records.
  6. Handle emergency events on the product market side, collecting competitive product information to stay ahead in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Hold a full-time undergraduate degree or above in chemical, environmental, or energy-related engineering majors.
  2. Familiarize yourself with after-sales service standards, safety operation specifications, recycling-related standards and regulations in the new energy vehicle and energy storage industry.
  3. Develop fluent English communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Prior experience in customer business negotiation, contract writing ability, or market research is highly valued.
