About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our Supply Planning department at Liberty Wines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of inbound logistics and ensuring efficient processes.

Your primary focus will be on managing our inbound logistics, including:

  • Managing Liberty Wines' ex-cellars transactions
  • Establishing effective communication channels with suppliers and transporters
  • Processing Ex-cellar invoices and handling electronic data interchange (EDI) procedures
  • Monitoring outstanding orders and ensuring accurate status updates and delivery dates
  • Verifying Supplier and transporter invoices and proforma
  • Managing purchase order deliveries
  • Liaising with bonded and duty paid warehouses and transporters
  • Maintaining records and ensuring discrepancy control of Goods In
  • Handling all documentation related to the shipment of wines, beers, and spirits in the UK and Ireland
  • Monitoring transporters' KPIs and rates
  • Providing assistance to supply planners as required
  • Managing customers' public bond inbound orders

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure precision in tasks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all internal and external stakeholders
  • A process-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Numerate and computer literate, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas)
  • The ability to build strong relationships with key accounts, colleagues at every level, and external suppliers
  • Knowledge of other European languages would be advantageous
