The OpportunityWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to join our winning recruitment team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing skilled workers of various disciplines to be deployed on exciting projects all over Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Process a large number of incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Prescreen and select candidates according to criteria provided.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates.
- Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Text, email, and message candidates.
- Request CVs, certification, and all documentation in line with ESS recruitment policy.
- Register candidate information onto company database.
- Translate CVs to English and format into profile CV.
- Update, administer, and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
- Add/update bookings and placements on company database.
- Increase ESS pool of suitable candidates using every tool available.
- Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates, and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
- Liaise with ESS colleagues in international offices to help facilitate good communication between candidates and Recruiters.
- Facilitate contractors' travel from country of residence to place of work/temporary accommodation.
- Prioritize workload; make sure important tasks are followed up.
- Escalate employees' queries to be resolved efficiently.
- Ensure candidates' documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant with company procedures.
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Good communicator who enjoys dealing with people.

- Team player.
- Very confident telephone manner, able to deal with high volumes of candidate calls.
- IT literate, conversant with MS Office, including MS Outlook.
- Organized and able to work under pressure.
- Driven and ambitious.
- Ability to demonstrate use of own initiative.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
