Job Title: Senior Project Professional

BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Professional to join our Site and Facilities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of Infrastructure projects, managing multiple construction aspects, and effectively liaising with Contractors and internal/external Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing construction project lifecycles within a highly regulated environment
  • Controlling and reporting against all commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion
  • Discharging Client duties in accordance with Regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining and managing a safety-focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken
Requirements:
  • Experience managing Projects of complexity and up to million-pound value
  • Experience of managing contractors
  • Stakeholder management experience at mid-management level internally and externally
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Qualification, or working towards, in Project Management and/or Engineering/Construction
  • Project Management and delivery skillset (e.g. development of Plans, Business Cases, Risk Management, stakeholder engagement or equivalent experience)
