About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Assistant to join our team and support a young adult with autism in their daily life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accompany the individual to various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as managing finances and personal belongings.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities to promote social interaction and community involvement.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the individual.
  • Communicate effectively with the individual's family and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support.

Requirements

  • Experience working with individuals with autism or special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the local area and its resources.

What We Offer
