Finance Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Analyst to join our IT team at Tarmac. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of finance application services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and effective business solutions.
  • Work on business change projects, delivering smaller change packages via the enhancement process.
  • Provide specialist application and solution support for specific elements of the applications estate.
  • Own enhancements and project tasks, translating functional requirements into solution design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Work as a Subject Matter Expert for all relevant finance applications, including functional scope on business projects in line with business strategy.
Requirements
  • Education to degree standard or significant and relevant experience in a similar role.
  • ITIL certified or trained.
  • Accredited by relevant software vendors (where available).
  • Effective communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Innovative thinker.
  • Adept at defining and building system solutions from business requirements.
  • Experienced in creative systems design and rigorous implementation.
  • Experienced in problem analysis and solving.
  • Adept at producing high-quality documentation.
  • Process-oriented, capable of quality process mapping.
