We are seeking a friendly and helpful individual to join our team in our Stourbridge branch as a Customer Service Assistant. This role is at the heart of the local community, supporting a wide range of customers in a welcoming environment where every day is different.
The ideal candidate will be at ease with people and able to support them in a caring, friendly, and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include finding solutions for customers, keeping up to date with our services and policies, and staying on top of administrative tasks. Dealing with cash transactions carefully and accurately is also a key responsibility, as well as taking calls and other duties for our greater Customer Service area.

You'll be a people person with experience of interacting with customers and providing great service, maybe from a retail or call centre background. This isn't essential as you'll receive full training on our systems and services. It's more important that you can engage with a diverse range of people, find out how to help them best, and give them a great experience with us.
Cash handling experience would also be an advantage.
