Cash, Receivable and Supply Chain Finance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide middle office support for International Trade Banking (ITB) activities, including supply chain finance, forfaiting, and cash management.
  • Ensure high-level interaction and communication with the Front Office to maintain full knowledge of business developments, including pipeline activity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for supply chain finance, forfaiting, and cash management activities.

Receivable and Supply Chain Finance:

  • Review and comment on draft documentation for new transactions to ensure operational fit with middle office requirements.
  • Ensure necessary credit approvals are in place and all checks are performed before opening a new credit line or account.
  • Prepare transmission sheets for back office and risk when applicable.
  • Liaise with risk and BSG for daily handling of deals.
  • Manage drawdowns and repayments, liaising with back office.
  • Book and maintain transactions in middle-office systems when required.
  • Prepare audit responses.

Cash Management & Client Services:

  • Support FO teams to ensure timely and quality service on cash management activity, including account opening, amendment, and closing.
  • Cash management activity: deposit accounts, boosted deposit accounts, payments, and e-banking services.
  • Support clients' requests related to accounts and process them accurately in a timely manner.
